Our Story

WEBBPursonallyLogo.jpg

We at Pursonally, are working to help end period poverty by creating a range of purses, specifically for female sanitary items.

Our purses are made from organic, donated, and environmentally friendly fabrics that have been washed and sterilized, hand made in Wanaka, New Zealand for our Young Enterprise Scheme Company. For each sale, Pursonally will donate eco-friendly and organic sanitary items to women's refuges, initially across New Zealand with the aim of ending period poverty across the country.

Hopefully expanding internationally in the future.

Initially, Pursonally began as a year 13 Young Enterprise Scheme company, however, we have seen the positive impact we can make in our community and have decided to continue our company. Pursonally also challenges the taboo nature of period poverty, through information flyers and cards in every product as well as the majority of the members of our company being male. as period poverty is not just a women's issue.

We were awarded the socially sustainable regional awards at SIT Southland and are currently developing more ways to give back to our communities and environment.

Pursonally has strong environmental and hygienic morals, this is where our environmentally friendly fabrics and organic donations play a major role. Please consider reaching out to us for feedback, questions, or donations of fabrics.
